8.2/10 Very Good! (16,736 reviews)
First of all the self parking was a mess. Elevators did not all work and then when we went to leave they didn’t have very good direction on how to exit the garage. It was just putting us around in circles because they had so many places blocked off then when I got to exit it tried charging me $35 when I already had prepaid for the ticket, $20. I had to call them and have them open the gate for me which they did. The place was way too loud and heard the other people in their rooms very clearly and could not sleep and the place seemed a bit dirty. we ate at the sushi restaurant and it was OK, but it was very pricey for what you got. when we booked our reservation, we opted for a $50 credit if we paid $20 for food and never got that either. Sorry we would definitely not be staying there again.

9/10 Wonderful! (615 reviews)
"We stayed here for one night before we took a cruise from the port. It is very central, and right next-door to both the train station and the bus station. It is a short walk into town for restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the Cruise terminal. The rooms were very comfortable and staff very ..."
