"The apartment is at the second floor of a town house close to the main square. It is nicely equipped and offers everything we needed. At the hot temperatures, climatization was a big relief when returning from our daily trips to Florence, Arezzo etc. which are all nereby. We can also strongly recommend a visit to Fattoria La Vialla in Castiglion Fibocchi. Anastasia was very helpful and also provided detailed information prior to our arrival. "If the previous review has not been removed, THIS IS THE REAL ONE: Belvedere is an AMAZING property. We stayed at the Superior Studio which is stunning. With a rear olive grinding stone making the beds headboard. The property is amazing, the staff friendly. Check in is a little different but still easy. This villa is part of additional properties that make up hotels. The main, where you check in (not at Belvedere) has a restaurant that is worth booking a reservation. Pasta was to die for. Great breakfast buffet and just overall an amazing stay. The pool looks stunning to hang and just relax. (not in December when we were here) We just bought a house close by and will be using this property as overflow for any family and friends when our own villa is packed! Book it, don't think about it. Book the Superior Studio and pay the extra, you will not regret it!"

"An old-style Tuscan country estate with a peaceful atmosphere, attentive service, excellent breakfast.The surroundings are serene and picturesque， perfect for a quiet escape from the city. However, the room next door had poor sound insulation on the night I stayed, which slightly affected my sleep quality. The room and facilities are a bit dated, so travelers who prefer a more modern style may want to confirm their room type in advance."

"We enjoyed our stay so much! Gianna and her family were so nice and welcoming! I don't usually stay at properties where the family also stays, but I'm so glad I did this time! My husband and I loved the views and I made dinner in the loft kitchen twice using the fresh herbs Gianna had growing. She was so generous and left us food staples to make dinner and it really came in handy the first night when we realized that we would rather drink wine outside than go out to dinner! One thing to note about this area (and most places we visited in Italy), is the restaurant hours. Many places only open for dinner and that starts around 7pm. Lunch is over at 3pm and most places close from 3pm-7pm. Everything was perfect for our stay and the area is lovely. "

"This was our favorite place that we stay while in Italy. It had an old world charm and all the details were lovely. We had a chance to use the massive fireplace and it kept the place very cozy. You can't beat the views! Pure eye candy from morning till night! Our host, Marco and Maria, went out of there way to make us comfortable, and their communication was outstanding. I hope to stay here again someday. "
