"The stay was terrible. The keys didn’t work in the door for the room. The staff was not friendly or professional. The room was not clean. The beds are so uncomfortable that we all woke up with back pain. You will be better off sleeping in your vehicle at the Waffle House across the highway. "

"In my week long stay, I did not receive any care for the room…..yes I did request to have my bed turned daily. There was a roach in the restroom one of the days. The room had a “stench”, I didn’t move rooms because it seemed to be in every room they showed. I was placed in (2) other rooms before finally getting into a room. The first (2) rooms didn’t have A/C (the units were broken, literally hanging on the floor), and the shower had water constantly dripping. Overall a horrible experience. "
