The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. "The bed was comfortable but was not cleaned over two nights. The room was poorly equipped with one super flimsy plastic glass ( could not stand on its own and one other glass. They could do better at very little cost . The room location is very convenient to the Cinque Terre rail station. "
