"The room was very clean and modern. The rooms are very small, a little bigger than on a cruise ship. If you are only there to sleep, it is great. They have a large common area to sit and relax downstairs, with board games, cards, etc and you are encouraged to interect with other guests. A great concept! The breakfast buffet is great and affordable. Eat there, it is more expensive elsewhere! The pillows are fabulous, the bed a little hard. Wonderful location, you can walk almost anywhere in the city. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle."
"Fantastic location in Queen Anne near great restaurants, theaters, markets, etc. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful views from the rooftop deck as well."
"Nice chic modern rooms. A little on the small side but good enough. Friendly environment, very clean high tech rooms. Good area, would definitely stay again. "
"My experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very attentive, especially the reception team.
The housekeeping supervisor was also very communicative and attentive.
The hotel facilities were excellent and the location perfect.
My only criticism is regarding the room cleaning, which sometimes took two days without removing the trash and replenishing coffee and water. Unfortunately, I frequently had to request cleaning and replenishment of my room.
Other than that, the hotel is perfect!! I loved being there."
