「We had a good comfortable stay and where made to feel welcome」

「I booked 2 rooms, both of which were excellent, very clean and beautifully furnished, recently fitted bathrooms with excellent facilities. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, they made us feel very comfortable in the beautiful location. We really enjoyed our pre dinner drinks by the open fire in the guests lounge and learning about the history as we explored the building. Delicious food, we met the chef who checked our exact needs. We could not find any faults at all with our stay...

「The first room was smelly. They switched me to another room which was ok. The tv was on HD and the picture kept breaking up. Wben you flushed the loo it kept flushing for 10 minutes. The bed was good and I had a good nights sleep. I could access the food area for breakfast without going outdoors.」
