「A great location with Lovely staff:)」

「Clean spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, expected noise from the service station but there was none. Will stay again」

「You get such a warm welcome from the owner, she makes you feel so at home straight away. The rooms we had were so clean and ideal for our stay. The rooms were warm and so quiet. The breakfast was so nicely cooked and tasty. This is a must stop if staying in this locality」

「A mix of old and new - breakfast room / restaurant is gorgeous. Secure key card entry to rooms/lifts which is always great.」

「The room was lovely but the sink in the en-suite was tiny & hard to get a wash or clean your teeth in without getting water everywhere. The front of the sink unit was already water damaged. The shower was good & easy to use. The lady who greeted us was very helpful & friendly especially as we forgot to take our key out with us & had to ask her to let us in to our room. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for her. There was a good choice for breakfast which was cooked to order」

「Great stay. Derek and Rena were lovely hosts. Breakfast was great. Overall a very nice stay indeed.」

So helpful in recommending local sights, and made a wonderful breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic as well, Easy to walk to the High Street, beautiful bridge and walking trails, Annan museum, and restaurants etc. Thank you!」

「very helpful staff , good prices.」

「We are here for a real quick stop. Easy location on and off the highway.」
