The description also never said we’d share a building / entrance with another apartment. It was a very odd setup. The photos also were much better than how the apartment looked inside.」

Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests.」

「It is hard to beat the location of The Leonard. Sitting on the edge of Marylebone and Mayfair, it's easy to get anywhere. The hop on hop off buses have a large stop two blocks away. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It was a great home base for our London adventure. I would definitely stay there again.」
