"Everything perfect, except one detail with the breakfast during check out day, we were notified that that last breakfast was not included, even when in the reservation was confirmed its inclusion. Never happened this situation before on any of the places I have stayed through Hotels.com"

"The check-in was a smooth process until I was told there was a $100 cash deposit. I was never notified that I would need to put that amount down as a deposit but after checkout, I did get the money back. It was just a bit inconvenient since I didn’t have cash on me. The room itself was OK. The bed cover had holes from what looked like cigarette burns. There were some stains on the ceiling & the wall. The leg of the table looked like it was about to break, the fan exhaust in the bathroom did not work, the walls are super thin, and you can hear the conversation next-door and lastly, the shower only lasted a few minutes of hot water before it went to cold water."
