"The breakfast was just enough to get our day started! The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the fresh baked cookies in the evening. "

"It says no smoking but you can smell weed in the halls. It is definitely pet friendly but I guess the person left the dog alone or something because the dog didn’t stop barking for over an hour. The elevator door shakes when opening or closing and the elevator feels scary to ride in. The breakfast was not that great and didn’t smell great either. "

"This particular La Quinta has a terrible customer service and front desk personnel, a front desk person named Ray or Rey was acting arrogant when I made a follow-up on the status of my refund. This hotel charged me the entire 3 nights of reservation even I called them to cancel. Terrible hotel!"

"Most of the time four points is an exceptional hotel however, this time they fall far below par. The quilt on the bad had been washed so many times, the Batting/wadding inside clumped and looked disgusting when held up to a light. The shower drain was extremely slow, you ended up in standing water. Shower curtain was inefficient and flooded the bathroom. There was no Kleenex in the dispenser."

"Stayed here for one night with family before a medical procedure at Stanford. The outside of the hotel when you arrived looked old and tired. Parking was $19 ( which we knew but think was steep for the area). The lobby was clean and staff was nice. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel is because it advertised a hot tub and a heated pool, that they claimed wasn’t common in the area. Unfortunately the pool was definitely not at all heated and was freezing, paint was peeling from the sides and water was too cold to swim. Hot tub unfortunately was like warm bath temp at best and the jets didn’t work. The railings to get in and out of hot tub were broken and no longer attached to the ground. So the whole reason we picked this place was pretty much a bust. The room was nice, beds and pillows were comfy and for the most part was clean, except that the shower did have some long black hairs in it when we arrived. Charger in the nightstand was a nice touch and room was able to get very dark at night. "
