「I booked this hotel without knowing my way around Charlotte at all. After checking in, I realized it was actually quite a distance from Uptown. In reality, it only takes about fifteen minutes to get to Uptown on the Light Rail, which is like a streetcar, and there are plenty of restaurants ,drugstores and so on around the hotel. There are also many craft beer breweries within walking distance, which is convenient for beer lovers, so I had no trouble staying there. The room was well-equipped...

「Door handles falling off pool doesn't have water garbage cans full of empty pizza boxes. I felt like I was in a caricature. I assume this hotel is used by those experiencing homelesness.」

「The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet and cute. My only complaint is that the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the mattress seemed very old. You also cannot control the temperature from your room.」
