「I loved the concept of a home away from home. All the conveniences of being at home while away. Everything was cleaned and stay was well stocked for all needs. Only thing missing was a keurig. lol. Seriously this will be my go to place for Charlotte from now on. 」
「Outstanding hotel… and staff overall. At 6 am i couldnt get coffee from deans so they snuck me upstairs to the 2nd floor to take care of my needs. Food was outstanding at deans and oyster bar and pool. Outstanding being The only two things u could improve on is that the pool was really cold… suprising. Also, the staff at the pool bar seemed really unorganized. Needs improvement. All the other staff was outstanding though. We will definitely return to the JW Marriott. Thank you.」
