「A great place to stay. Big room and excellent breakfast.」

「Upon checking into the hotel and receiving our keys, we were informed that the swimming pool was closed and that no breakfast would be served—only pre-packed bags containing a piece of fruit and a bottle of water. There was no mention of this when we booked the room online. On Sunday morning, we wanted to have some coffee; however, it didn't become available at the front desk until 7:30 a.m., even though we had been told that everything would be ready by 6:00 a.m.」

「The room was very clean, and very nice. The breakfast provided with the cost of the room is off the chart. The number of options offered at breakfast was overwhelming. Good job」

「Welcoming staff and exceptional room: clean, lots of pillows, lots of plug in spots for devices, a menu on the TV!, and wonderful breakfast options w all equipment working in the buffet. Gotta love a well run hotel with management that stays invested in the spaces and continues a to add to the experiences of the guests.」

(My friends that paid for standard rooms, checked in after I did, got rooms that were bigger than mine and that had a sofa bed.) after a fire alarm evacuation at 11 pm, which I understand is no fault of the hotel, there was water pouring from the bathroom...

「Convenient location. Spacious room. Very good breakfast.」

「I booked the room through Expedia by advance payment, but the hotel charged my credit card again, which means double-charged. It was really troublesome to sort it out. The room was nice and clean, but noises from upstairs was loud and very annyoing..」

「There are no grab bars in the shower. There is one grab bar outside on the wall, but once the shower curtain is closed access to it is limited. Some adults, especially seniors are fall risk and prone to falling, so having a couple of grab bars inside the tub area is invaluable. It would also have been nice to have a towel rack to hang our wet towels.」

「夜中に謎の警報がけたたましくなり、最低でした。」

「Quiet and comfortable」

「There is an extra space in the room. This gave me an additional comforts. There is a tiny but beautiful lake across the street. 」
