"Very clean home in nice village with a couple of restaurants. Good jumping off point to explore Picos de Europa."

"We loved this quiet place with a magnificient view on the mountains. We were the only one, the appartment above was not rented, so it was really quiet. In the neighbourhood you can make beautifull walks. There are no shops in the neighbourhood, so make sure to do shoppings before arrival."

L'annonce Abritel je stipulé pas qu'il y a 2 logements, 1 en bas avec jaccusi et un à l'étage ! 1 seule lampe de chevet par chambre, prise électrique défectueuse, grille-pain faisant disjoncter, impossible de manger à 4 dans la cuisine, cafetière pour 2, jaccusi infernal en bas lorsqu'il est en marche, pour nous qui étions à l'étage, c'était infernal. Barbecue inexistant... Quel dommage, le site est (par contre) exceptionnel."

"Tolle Lage mit Sicht auf das Meer. Ein gut gestaltetes Anwesen. Hervorragend strukturierte, kleine Wohnungen. Freundlicher, kompetenter Service. Sehr gute und geduldige Kommunikation. "We had a lovely week in this apartment in Riaño. Check in was well communicated and went smoothly. Communication with the owner was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were able to park on one of the recommended streets each time we returned from a trip out... we were just a couple of minutes walk further away on the Saturday afternoon (in peak season)Just be aware there is no oven in the kitchen and just two cooking rings, but we managed fine and our daughter cooked us some great patatas bravas there. Two local shops have the basics, but worth a half hour drive to stock up once if you are preparing meals. We thoroughly enjoyed a range of activities on and around the reservoir with Ubuntu Aventuras. "

"Excellent place for families, a rural house where you can experience the life of a small town in northern Spain. The house is well equipped, with comfortable bathroom and bedrooms. The town has an ATM, some small restaurants and a small supermarket. Situated in the middle of mountains and amazing parks. Very safe roads and very friendly local people"
