「What a wonderful place to stay, whether en-route as we were or investigating the area. Stunning location in a tiny village, in renovation houses to a very high standard. Breakfast & dinner were also very good」

「The hotel is a great find, very clean and well run. The food in restaurant is the best we found in the area and the owners are super friendly and take great pride in your stay. They even helped us find mountain bikes to rent for an out of season ride which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hope to be back one day.」

「The rural house could use a deep clean, it was dusty and you could tell it has not been cleaned properly. There was a leak in the first floor every time the shower was used. The place is really nice though and the staff were friendly. It has great potentiaL, nice rural town, perfect for what it’s designed for. It’s also pet friendly.」

「This is a charming little hotel ... it is simple and functional ... it doesnt pretend to be anything that it is not ... but it's secret is in having a friendly and welcoming owner and friendly and attentive staff ... Boca de Huergano is not the centre of the universe, but I get the impression that this hotel is popular, loved and used by the locals in the area which gives it a very nice atmosphere and tourists are made to feel very welcome ... the food is good home cooked simple fayre made with...

「Süßer Picknickkorb mit leckeren & abwechslungsreichen Frühstück. Ruhige, atemberaubende Kulisse.

「Ideally situated on the main route through the Picos mountains. Comfortable spacious apartment at reasonable cost. Restaurant attached served well presented evening meal. Friendly helpful staff.」

「Remote location. Place advertises a scenic pool which is currently empty with mattresses placed in it. Overall rundown conditions. Waterfall on site with trail to it was amazing.」
