Pillow service was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and recognized you within two days. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, probably due to the New Year’s busy period.

The staff were extremely kind, and honestly, they are the only reason I can give this hotel any stars. Unfortunately, the window in my room opened toward a shopping arcade that was very noisy, and there was no real fresh air — only smoke and the smell of cigarettes. I couldn’t keep the window closed ...
