"Los cuartos son pequeños pero comfortables, tienen champú y gel de baño dentro de la ducha , el gel de mano esta al lado del lavamanos, tenia jacuzzi pero no lo usé pues el clima es muy cambiante en Medellín, a veces llovia, otras calor o frialdad. Siempre puedes pedir al front desk por toallas extras, percheros o batas de baño. Tiene un minibar en refri y algunos snacks estos tienen un valor, lo unico q es gratis son los té y el café. En el pasillo puedes tener agua regular, agua gaseada o agua caliente, esto me pareció una idea maravillosa. La ducha tiene una buena presión y calienta al segundo. Dormimos super bien el ruido de la calle no nos molestó en lo absoluto, en el cuarto dan tapones para los oídos por si lo necesitas, en mi caso no. Hay Tv dentro del cuarto pero no se que canales se ven pues no lo prendí. Existe buffet de desayuno con costo adicional que lo puedes recargar al cuarto o lo puedes pagar al momento. Es un lugar muy bonito y queda bien céntrico frente al parque Lleras, queda cerca Provenza y el parque del Poblado. La movilidad en Medellín puede ser en Uber, metrotren o metrocable. "

"Our stay at Heiss Hotel by Jalo was absolutely amazing and played a big part in how much we enjoyed Medellín. The location is perfect—walking distance to just about everything you need, which made getting around so easy. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. One thing we really appreciated was the security. There was always someone in the lobby, and we felt completely safe the entire time—even when we’d sit in the lobby just to relax and people watch. The little details made a difference too—like the vending machine stocked with snacks and even beer, which was super convenient after a long day out. And the rooms… beautiful. The balcony views overlooking the city were stunning and gave us those perfect Medellín moments. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. "

"My stay at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations due to several issues related to service, safety, and overall comfort. The staff appeared unprofessional and not well-prepared to accommodate international guests. There is a noticeable language barrier, as most staff members are not bilingual, which made communication difficult. Additionally, the receptionist informed me that room cleaning is provided only twice per week, which is not standard for most hotels. Accessibility is also a concern—rooms on the 11th floor do not have elevator access, which can be very inconvenient for guests with luggage. The hotel lacks basic guest support, such as providing a list of nearby restaurants or recommendations for dining options. The location itself feels isolated and not particularly safe for walking at night. From a safety standpoint, the jacuzzi area had exposed electrical cables, even in areas exposed to rain, which is alarming. The in-room kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, but the available cookware is not compatible, making it essentially unusable. There are also several comfort issues: the air conditioning unit is positioned behind the bed, which limits proper airflow. In the Elite Room, there was a strong pipe odor, and light leaked through the door due to poor fitting, affecting both comfort and privacy. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in customer service, maintenance, and guest safety."

"Mi familia y yo muu felices hermoso la suites con una hermosaa vista pero lo malo es que por reservar a ultima hora , no sacaron de la habitacion y nos pasaron a otra mas pequena pero luego todo hermosoo"
