「The location is perfect. Downtown and Ponderosa State Park are very walkable. The view from the patio perfect.」

「Home was nice and a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates welcomed us! The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat and needed to be resealed for outdoor venting. Carpet stairs stained but all in all the bedding was clean and the home was what we needed.」

「Very nice condo. Excellent location close to town and lake. The pool was nice as well.」

「The condo is absolutely immaculate and has a gorgeous view.」

「The place was clean and in a good location for where we needed to be.」

「Communication could be better with check in and how to access parking garage below osprey lodge. Most restaurants and shops closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, which is when we stayed. Limited shops, restaurants open could have been communicated」

「We were able to cook our Christmas dinner and get a lot of rest, which was our goal. We were lucky enough to walk in the snow the day after Christmas and had a great time! The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The living room was small and comfy. The instructions were clear, and hopefully we followed them well.Thank you for letting us stay in your property!」

「Had a great visit! Comfortable, quiet home away from home for my family!」

「This place has a great location especially if you’re in town for work. Close to bars and restaurants. Close to the grocery store. Easy access to the interstate, Federal Way, Downtown, and the airport. Perfect size for one or two. Great open kitchen and living space that makes it easy to cook, eat, work, and relax all in view of the tv. I’ve stayed a couple times and it’s high on my list when I’m booking the next work trip.」

「Loved the place and it was exactly how it looked in pictures very clean and I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.」

「At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second...

「Everything was great as advertized. Lot of extras for the kids to play with. Location is awesome, quick walk to many places including Davis Beach.」
