My Place Hotel-Boise/Nampa, ID-Idaho Center

"Room was very clean. It was hot and stuffy though and had to turn air on as soon as I arrived but overall good room and quiet. Only bad thing was there was no one at the front desk when I arrived at around 7pm. Waited for about 5 minutes, looked around-even behind the desk at the little break room. Finally found the number and called and the phone starts ringing- about 20 times- before someone finally comes out of the back room to check me in. No apologies but otherwise friendly"

"The staff was excellent. Staff assisted at check-in and were available to answer questions. Breakfast offered both hot and cold food options. The items varied each day. The room was well supplied with the necessities needed for a pleasant stay. The shower was wonderful!"

"A low budget hotel for a 2 night stay in Boise. The building is like something from 1970’s Russia and is incredibly outdated. It offers an abundance of free parking however and is within walking distance of Downtown Boise. Staff were lovely, Melissa in particular. Reception area is clean and spacious and the free tea and coffee is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and bright. Toiletries and towels provided were of good quality and plentiful. The hallways are awful, stained carpets and a very stale smell. I was on the third floor. Doors to the rooms and furniture in the rooms is old, worn and damaged but the bed was clean and comfortable. Air con worked well and the hotel is nice and quiet at night. Nice modern TV with access to Netflix which was really nice. Good quality refreshments in the room. The one thing that let the room down was the absolutely FILTHY floor. I looked under the bed and the dust was thick. Those floors haven’t been cleaned properly in years and I had to throw two pairs of socks in the bin as they were black after walking in the room. PLEASE clean the floors! It’s really quite disgusting. All in all, I had a good stay. The staff on reception were absolutely delightful, but the cleanliness of the rooms really needs some attention. I would stay here again however, if I ever found myself in Boise again."
