"Very well put together space with plenty of room, comfortable bedding, great walk-in shower and well appointed kitchen. Host is very responsive to any needs or concerns. This one is located on the backside so can be confusing if you do not know that and you're coming in at night. Plenty of parking space.There is no winery experience as part of this VRBO but the website requires you to rate it and I did not want to take away from a great rating for the property."

"The Bungalow in Franklin was a fantastic place for us to stay. We were four adults traveling with pets, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was exactly as advertised—newly renovated and decorated with great taste. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was cozy with an especially comfortable couch.We didn’t cook during our stay, but the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils. There were lots of blankets and towels, and even a couple of air purifiers—everything felt high quality and thoughtfully provided.The backyard and outdoor area were wonderful for both us and the dogs. Bart was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We also really appreciated the treats he left for us. We hope to come back soon!"
