"The cottage exceeded our expectations!Susan was great to work with,The location was ideal- a block away from downtown and a few blocks from the bicentennial mall. We enjoyed morning walks stopping at cafes along the way for coffee snd pastries. Finishing the evening with a stroll and a stop for ice cream.Downtown Franklin was bustling but not overly crowded. Plenty of great shops and restaurants."

"The house is lovely and it was neat and clean. Very comfortable. The location is perfect. Even seniors will find the walk to downtown and The Factory easy.The kitchen could use some more basic everyday items, such as more coffee mugs and teaspoons. The back porch is a very nice area but would be more enjoyable if it was screened in and had a fan. Overall, this is a great house."

"Susan is the most attentive host I've ever experienced in my many VRBO stays. Gave us a guided tour of the 100 year-old home when we arrived, pointing out a few eccentricities you'd expect from such a charming, vintage place. As a bonus, we especially enjoyed the old-south style front porch and backyard patio. When we had a special request, she graciously accommodated us! The location can't be beat. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in historic Franklin and there are plenty of places to explore—including an abundance of great restaurants. If there was a very, very minor nit to pick, be sure to bring your own shampoo. I bet if we'd mentioned it, Susan would have had supplied what we needed. She's that great!!!!"

There was plenty of space for our group to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the weekend festivities. Every detail of the property added to the charm and made the stay feel special.What really stood out was how easy and enjoyable everything was from start to finish. The house provided the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful celebration, and our guests absolutely loved it.If you’re looking for a place that is charming, well-maintained, conveniently located, and ideal for gathering family and friends, this is it.
