The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. The bed was often made poorly, coffee, tea, soap, and other supplies were frequently not replenished, used coffee cups were sometimes left dirty, and we were often given fewer towels than the number of guests in the room. "I would not rate our room as a 3 star experience. The room was clean, but the door of the fridge cupboard was broken, and the bathroom ventilator was not working, so water in the bathroom did not clear quickly. The shower was a wet-room, so everything in the bathroom got wet when you had a shower. The hotel needs to have a proper system of drying the bathroom after taking a shower. The cleaners were very nice and polite, but they couldn't understand the problems very well. Also, was it really...
