"When we arrived there was poop sprayed all over the toilet. We immediately complained, and to their credit, they quickly cleaned it. The room was old, wallpaper peeling, but the beds appeared clean. Overall I was uncomfortable because in my head if they missed the toilet, what else was missed. They offered a newer room, but we decided to get a refund for our 2nd night and go elsewhere "

"The bathroom sink leaked from the top, the shower handle was about to fall off and the AC unit sounded like an airplane taking off. They allow pets but don't keep them all in one area. The dog next door liked to bark when it heard sounds and whined while the owners were away. Cobwebs throughout the outside walkway areas (well within reach and easily noticeable). Wall in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversations. Not ideal"

"Their setup is odd with the lobby being on the second floor. I was trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes trying to transport my suitcase to the hotel room, and every time I called the main office to report my being stuck in the elevator, they hung up on me. The room appeared clean although I found someone's baseball cap plain on the desk in the room. If housekeeping missed that in plain sight, then I can only imagine what else was missed. Breakfast was not good. Not a lot of options and what was available was decidedly unhealthy (the basic waffle mix made out of high fructose corn syrup). The price for one night was not cheap, especially for all of the trouble I went through with this hotel. I will not be staying there again despite its convenient location. "

"Stayed one night for business, and was pleasantly surprised with restaurant, shopping center, and even a 24 Hours Fitness facility nearby. Love the outdoor patio area with fireplace to chilled after a long day "

"Parking was ok. Didn't like they had weird people living on premises. Bedding was terrible, everything stained even towels."
