「The owner was very professional and helped me a lot for my late check in and took me to the hotel's own inside garage.」

「Beautiful hotel with a 3 min walk to downtown Haro. Staff were so lovely and helpful.」

「Great!」

「A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu.」

「Excelente location in the heart of Haro.」

「Very nice hotel at the price. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The bathroom floor was dirty which we discovered cleaning a slow leak from the sink. The parking was full when we arrived from dinner due to a private party on the property. The front desk staff was accommodating offering me a spot in the no parking area. Would recommend for a value stay in the Rioja area.」

「The room was clean and comfortable kitchen was fully equipped but the outside patio was not looked after.」

「Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness.」

「Beautiful location and room, very personal service」

「Fab」
