"I had a wonderful stay at Secrets. The staff were super professional, Luis my concierge and Oscar from the Portofino Restaurant were awesome. Check-in was great as was check out. No surprise fees anywhere. My room was perfect. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The food was good as was room service. The spa was very nice as well if your looking for a deep tissue massage.."
