"The Manager of this property (Rene) is absolutely amazing! His communication was exceptional and my numerous emails & requests always received prompt responses. Nothing was ever a problem and Rene went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly for my husband’s surprise birthday trip - during our stay he even personally delivered a cake I had ordered to our room while we were out! We have stayed at this beautiful property a number of times before - the views and rooms are second to none, but it is the service that really makes this property standout! The only minor thing I could mention is the positioning of the AC in the room did not help to cool the room at all. Even with the AC on it still got quite hot where the bed was. But other han that a great hotel and would definitely stay again! "
