We booked one night for three adults and paid $279.26, expecting a comfortable stay.
We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and accepted that the room would not be ready until 3 p.m. We only asked to complete the check-in paperwork in advance. We asked again at 1:45 p.m., explaining that we had a tour at 2 p.m. and would return late. The receptionist refused both times, and I found her attitude unfriendly.
We returned exhausted at 11:30 p.m. and had to complete the entire registration process.
The reservation advertised a sofa bed, but the room had a king bed and what appeared to be a fold-out chair. My husband slept on the chair while my sister and I shared the bed. We are not young adults, and this was uncomfortable.
For the price we paid, we expected better service and a comfortable sleeping arrangement for all three guests.
