"My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!"

"The room was okay, but quite dated furniture and bathroom. The heated floor in the bathroom was nice. Hallway carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. 24 hour security guard posted on each floor hallways and all over the hotel. Sauna was okay, no hot tub but a lovely pool (which was too cold to go into!) Check in staff member was not welcoming, check out staff member was much better. No complimentary breakfast. $15. plus tax cost for parking was in addition to the room charge. Hotel is in a good location, but didn't feel it was good value. Lots and lots of stairs!"

"Fast check in and helpful staff. Was disappointed no option in room for decaffeinated tea. Only provided caffeinated options in room. "

"The location was ok kind of pricey for a what you’re getting and $150 hold on your card that wasn’t expected."

"Property and parking were filthy, cigarette butts lined the curbs. Smoke fumes permeated every where as we climbed an antiquated wooden staircase to the second floor. Doorkobs were damaged as well as doors themselves. No hot water and cold had no force ."

"Unit was clean and comfortable, HOWEVER it was impossible to sleep. Wall fan in one of the bedrooms was impossible to turn off & there were earplugs everywhere, because of how noisy the street was ALL NIGHT LONG. The whole unit shook every time a vehicle passed by. We didn’t get any sleep."

"The place was perfect for our stay! Love the space and it was comfortable and clean! The host has thought about everything in this place.i will be staying here next time i come up. Host was great at communicating. Check in was smooth and check out was easy.its in a good section as well.lots of great food near by and cute coffe shops as well. Also quick uber to down town as well. "
