"We enjoyed our stay at this classic VT farmhouse. Our family and friends found it very comfortable and relaxing. Our dog loved it as well. We took advantage of the wood stove (had to get some kindling and newspaper to get it started). Maybe think about getting a few more knives, forks and spoons. We had 8 for a couple of nights and used all 8 provided. Loved the location. Nice uphill walks and just a 6 minute drive to Sugarbush pkg lot. All in all a great week. Would come back here again."

"This home was absolutely amazing for our families trip to Warren. Warm and inviting, thoughtfully appointend with everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our group of 4 and furry family member enjoyed every minute of our stay here, communication with the hosts were top notch and the homes local property manager/caretaker Jim was on top of everything while at the home. I would highly recommended choosing this property for your accommodations while staying in this area and we cannot wait to go back! "

"The property is operated by The Pitcher Inn just down the street. Unknown to me until I checked in, each member of our party received a complimentary breakfast each morning of our stay, which was a nice touch. We only took advantage of that our last morning the thre three day stay because we had already planned for breakfast and bought the ingredients. I suggest including the free breakfast in the booking confirmation communications so renters have advance awareness of the benefit. The overall accommodations were adequate for our needs. The house was clean. We had a party of four adults and the bedrooms (3) were comfortable and the bathrooms (2 full/1 half) were well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, bathrobes, etc. We used the fireplace, although there were no fireplace tools; and we cooked our meals in the kitchen but there are several utensils and items I would deem as standard for vacation rental homes that are missing. I suggest considering stocking the kitchen with liquid dish soap, dish rags, and towels, and paper towels. Also, a coffee maker to replace the french press that makes more than 2 cups at a time would be a good addition. Perhaps a few more plates and bowls. Beyond that, we experienced some other issues related to garbage removal that management addressed and appropriately remedied. I would stay here again, however I would first confirm that the rental has been updated with a more well rounded assortment of standard rental items. "

"Our stay was wonderful!!!Everything we needed to know about the house and the area was communicated to us ahead of time. The instructions for check-in and checkout were clear and easy to follow. The home was comfortable, clean, with good amenities. The host was in touch and quick to respond as well.There were two families on our trip and everyone loved our stay."

"We’ve stayed three weekends since January, and Laura and Adam have been fantastic, welcoming hosts. The property is very well maintained, and the driveway and walkways are always promptly cleared. My daughter absolutely loves the loft — it’s her favorite part of the stay. We’re already looking forward to returning again in the future."

"Pros: Checks all the boxes: accurate listing, close to Sugarbush, hot water when you want it, good hosts... no frills, what you need. Master bed seems new and comfortable. Good kitchen, etc. Cons: We had a heating issue... arrived to quite a cold house that took hours to heat up, and no heat working in the upstairs bedrooms when it was 6 degrees outside. so our first night was not fun at all. To the hosts' credit, they were quick to respond and worked on a solution. Mattresses on the bunk bed seems old and squishy, same as the couches in the living room... you sink halfway down to the floor. Could use extra blankets for cold nights. Mostly clean, but there were a couple fur balls around. "
