「We had a good stay however I think the unlimited fun pass for what you pay you don’t really get much. Not sure that was worth it but my kids loved the water park and our room set up was great」

「Stayed in a 50's themed Caboose on a Bison ranch. It was clean and a perfect resting vacation. We sat on the porch and watched the bison roam within 10 feet from our perch. An amazing weekend! 」

「It is an older property that has been renovated. Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We only had two complaints really. The walls are pretty thin and our neighbor didn’t like us laughing at 11:30pm so they banged on the connecting door. And the continental breakfast was really sad—what pastries they had were poor quality and there weren’t many options at all. 「Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation.
