"The location was wonderful with lots of stuff in walking distance. The creek outside was very pretty. Property was clean and staff was very polite and helpful."

"Booked for the water park and the accesible pools. When we got there, we're told the water park was shut down but the pools and hot tubs had lifts. Hot tub lift broke while my husband was in the hot tub. Took nearly an hour for anyone to come and switch the battery. Was told numerous times the pool lifts would be in working order for the next day. Again, not the case. It was hot and humid and once again he couldn't access the pool. We waited over an hour and no one showed up to assist. Chose this hotel specifically so that my wheelchair user husband could enjoy the pool. Called before booking, re confirmed numerous times that the pool lifts were all in working order. Extremely disappointed in this hotel."

"Since the property was newer, the overall experience was not horrible, but some things were not up to par. The bathroom does not have any hooks which is a bit inconvenient. Initially, the room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom door was missing a lock- they did take care of these issues. Breakfast timings listed online are different than the times there. Also, on the last day, there was no hot water in the shower."

"The only thing that I found very odd was that though we had a kitchen, and the place provided pots and pans, they did not provide utensils. We were only there for a couple of days for a volleyball tournament so we were okay, but if we were there on family vacation, we would have needed to go to Walmart and buy utensils."
