• The indoor fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as w/ every vacation rental in the area due to Fannin County law
• Please note that cell phone service can be limited in this area, but we do have fiber optic super-fast Wi-Fi.
• Blue Ridge Haven is equipped w/ a Ring camera at the main entrance of the house. This camera does not face the interior of the house and is intended to monitor the outside of the home for the safety of our guests.
• Blue Ridge Haven is in a secluded area on a beautiful winding road away from the busy city center. Drive carefully & watch for local wildlife!
