"Cabin was extremely clean. Had everything you would want at your fingertips. Loved the compact kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom shower had good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Cabin bed was very comfortable & plenty of blankets. Only small disappointment the kindling wood to use in the firepit was too wet to start a fire. Maybe an outside box to cover the wood to keep it dry would help."

"The property is very nice and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the heated plunge pool many times during our stay. Kris was very responsive to any of our questions. The property is located within a few miles of numerous hikes. The area is quiet in the off season, so restaurant selection was a bit limited, but a great BBQ place is next door."

"This is a pretty special property. The views are incredible, the home is cozy and well-maintained, and the property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Tupper Lake and 25 minutes to Saranac Lake (we spent time in both)! I fished both full days we were there. I launched from the property with my fishing kayak one day. My wife used one of the provided kayaks one day. The second day I launched about 1.25 miles up the road at a DEC boat launch. We had a great time and I highly recommend."

"This was a great little cabin right on the water with a fabulous view! The extras like the kayaks were great for being able to get out on the water. A few things to note - the shower is in the bedroom, the bunk room is a tight fit to get in the door around the beds, the doorways are short (we had one person that is 6'5" and had to duck), and the lighting in the bedrooms isn't great. "Loved the laid back nature of the place- no front desk Just arrive, take a life jacket and pull out a canoe and get busy enjoying the amazing lake. Nothing fussy about the place.
