i’m a local to the area, i’ve stayed here before, often come to parties held here, it’s a good spot. however, the door handle to our room was broken and had little stickers on it as if a little kid was playing with it and it never got cleaned. the shower had no door or curtain, was just open and water would get everywhere. the keycards barely worked, if there was not someone from our group in the room already to open it for us i’m not sure how we would’ve gotten back into it. very outdated systems, which is surprising because a few years back they did a remodel. Also the elevator down the hallways was broken, so to get anywhere you had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel for the working elevator. the pool was nice, could’ve been cleaner. the TV was so old you couldn’t even see the colors and shows it was so blurry. The furniture in our room besides being decades old was also broken. Broken desk drawer and chipped dressers. There were also barely an outlets, had to unplug the mini fridge just to charge our phones.

Great place to stay

The staff was friendly enough. But i did feel lied to. I could have had the same conditions at a cheaper hotel. I chose this through a third party and i used the filters pool, air conditioning, and free breakfast. I was pleased to see they had these and laundry because i was staying for a week. I arrived with my son and packed with swimsuits we were excited. Instantly met with chlorine smell our excitment increased. But unfortunately it was broken. My son had tears and it sucked. Ok. The room was smaller than expected and the floors worn with cracks both bathroom and room. Ok. No microwave in the room. Crap. Ok. Freezer soo small i couldnt store a single frozen meal i purchased prior. Crap. Ok. Breakfast time the next day. My son and i were looking forward. I dont go to hotels often so maybe im naive but i expected more offerings for breakfast. Its why i chose this place and not the cheaper hotel. Crud. Now what? Stale looking cereal. They dont restock breakfast for 3 days it seemed. I settled for tiny poppyseed muffins and a go gurt. Dang. Ok. Vending machine did not like my bank card. Sucked bc besides free coffee i needed caffiene. Not on them tho but still sucked. Ok. Then after 5 days i wanted to use the laundry to find its out of order. Ugh. Ok. Servicr drivers found me easily, it was close to walmart, the staff was nice. They asked about towels daily. I did have to run out of toilet paper and ask for some at the desk though i asked two days prior.. ok. HOTEL IS OK

Room was dated but clean. Breakfast was a disappointment - packaged muffins, granola bars, apples and bananas and juice. Not the worst hotel breakfast but pretty low. Hallways were pretty noisy.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff are incredible and very friendly. My complaint comes from being in a room that smelled horribly of smoke. The staff did try their best to alleviate the smell but due to the hotel being completely full they were unable to move me to another room. Lastly, there were times when it was a bit loud. But the worst of it definitely was the smokey room. But the staff were really nice.
