What a lovely spot, great breakfast, rooms and decor so charming with antiques and character (but felt extremely clean and welcoming.) I can’t wait to come back. I liked staying closer to New Harbor than Old Harbor.

At $600 a night can't you buy new pillows- absolutely flat- very old- all of them. I was in room 8, they a floor standing Airconditoner with a hose fitted to the window. Two choices on or off/ on it's too loud to sleep- off it's too hot to sleep. Great location, well maintained, Staff was very nice, enjoyed breakfast and the view.

Payne Harbor View is a lovely place to stay. The innkeeper Carmen was so nice and friendly, breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious, clean, beautiful antiques throughout the home. I really enjoyed my stay here.
