"What a stellar experience! From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, we were welcomed with so much warmth and enthusiasm from every single staff member.
I made a note that this trip was for my girlie's birthday, and they decorated our bed with rose petals, filled our bathtub w flowers, and even delivered a cake to our door while singing happy birthday.
Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud.
Trust me, I rarely leave reviews- good or bad- but this was well worth it! This is the kind of resort that will shape your entire Bali experience."

"The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome to the seamless check-in process, it was evident that the staff, especially Pita (service hospitality), she was amazing and took care of my family and I from start to finish. They took care of our needs with remarkable efficiency, always with a smile. The rooms were spacious and I especially liked their semi-outdoor bathrooms. The culinary experience was a definite highlight; the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It was a pleasant surprise to find engaging activities like yoga and cooking classes available, adding an extra layer to our stay. The photography services provided by Purnama were exceptional, capturing our family memories perfectly. The hotel's strategic location further enhanced our experience, offering both accessibility and a sense of security. We're already looking forward to our next visit."
