"On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. Although this is our personal opinion other guests were saying the same to us. The general Manager was very nice and needs a medal trying to get things sorted . The kitchen is contracted to outside. Caterers who are not under her control. I politely but firmly Made my complaints . The bar service was good and was well stocked."
