No hot water in the evening either of the two nights I stayed and when I mentioned this to the staff they just responded with thanks for letting us know.
Food was good, bed v comfortable and room decor excellent.

The room was basically furnished, but tidy and comfortable. The shower was excellent and the water really hot. Overall the property was beautiful as you walked in. The original features of the property stood out and really took you back to another time.

Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space.
