「When I arrived at around 5:00 pm, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the reception queue was so long. I had specifically booked a room with a fridge because I have multiple food allergies and need to store my own food, but when I checked, I was told my room didn't have one. I explained this was why I'd booked that room type, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing he could do. If I'd had time, I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere. The room...

「Hotel not great, not clean, carpets dirty going to room, and smelt awful, went in room and just didn’t look like it had been cleaned for months, floor, stool, radiator, everything was dirty, we left to go out, and felt like we needed a shower again just from being in the room 15 mins, couldn’t stop there, hubby went back got our bag and checked out, never again do not stop here, the price is scandalous for the place. 」

「This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!」

「Good location and that’s about it… This hotel has seen better days. Everything needs an update. Was shocked to see on the last day while I was leaving that the new sheets for each room were left on the floor on the old carpet in front of each room for housekeeping to change.」

「Lovely stay, easy access to Lytham which I prefer. Owner very helpful. Good breakfast enjoyed being served at the table by friendly staff. Car park tight, no problem for us as there was free street parking.」

「Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards.」
