"When we arrived at the property we were not met by the host, which was not a problem. But the property was dirty, untidy and smelled. We got back in the car and left. I phoned the host who didn’t answer the phone so I left a voice message telling her of the unclean and smelly state of the property and that we couldn’t stay there.
