"The hotel was in the perfect location. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe being out at night in the neighborhood and had so many food and drink options within walking distance. The room was very clean (and I am very picky) and the staff helpful when I had any questions. The air conditioning in the room was sufficient, water pressure and temperature was great, well equipped kitchen, thoughtful drinking water in the fridge and perfectly working elevator. I would not hesitate to stay here again"

"We had trouble with the laundry but after repairs it worked. There was cockroach that died when we got there but the room was very clean. Great neighborhood. Carla the concierge was fabulous."

"I love that the hotel was in the center of everything like the metro, restaurants, shops, & parks. PROS - Walkable to places Nice size - the living area is spacious and the bedroom has lots of compartments/nice bed Had a fridge Housekeeping came almost everyday unless you put a sign out on the door. They restocked on towels, toilet paper & made your bed. Someone was always available at the front desk and through WhatsApp. Responses were quick and also spoke English. If I ever needed something I could message with no problem. There was security around the clock to let you in and out of the building. Free breakfast like cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. were available in the morning. Filtered water was refilled consistently and available via rooftop. Close to the airport. CONS - Shower floor was a little rusty but not terrible. The water worked well and got really hot so I had no complaints. There is not enough light in the bathroom. Way too dim, especially if you need to apply makeup or anything to do with the face. The bathroom was small, but I was alone so it didn’t bother me. There is no elevator. Security is nice enough to bring your bags up when you first check in, but checking out may be up to you. No microwave in room No AC, but you are provided fans Noisy - you can hear everything Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The hotel had a beautiful design with very nice staff. I felt very safe as a black woman solo traveling. Would stay again!"

"Nous avons apprécié l’amabilité du personnel sans aucun doute, vraiment ! Sinon une chaise s’est brisée dans notre chambre et cela aurait pu causer un accident assez grave, mon conjoint aurait pu se casser le cou. Rien de ça n’est arrivé, par chance! La chaise a été remplacée à notre demande mais sans pour que l’incident ne semble inquiéter le personnel. Nous aurions apprécié un retour plus approprié de leur part. Par ailleurs nous retournerions sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel!"

"Street Art Hotel in Roma was a great place to stay. It is is small hotel and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. It is also well located, and since we are both walkers, we found we could walk to many of the places we wanted to see. The rooms themselves are a good size with everything you would need, and most importantly for us...they were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Mexico City."
