"We stayed here for 2 nights so we could explore Cape Breton and the Sydney area. The room was clean and ample space for 2 people with basic amenities a tv, bar fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well because the room was really warm when we checked in, but I prefer to sleep with the windows open overnight. We were facing the highway but are set back far enough that it was more like white noise while sleeping. The staff are friendly and tried to be accommodating if we had any concerns, but we didn’t! Thank you"

"From the photos shared by the host, we got the impression that the property was right next to the beach. In reality, while you can see the water from the property, it's actually quite a distance away, with several other properties between the house and the beach. That was a bit disappointing because it wasn't what we expected. Other than that, we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time there."

"Unique property, staff was friendly and accommodating and there was a nice breakfast provided in the morning. Kids liked staying here, as there were 3 beds in our room so they didn't have to share. Our only complaint would be the bugs and spiders in the room. It is a "cottage style" vibe, so if you are looking for fancy, it might not be your place."

"Everything was clean and easy access. The yurt was beautiful and very comfortable. And the individual hot tub was divine. Only “complaint”, not a lot of options for restaurants in the area open for dinner. The Bistro is closed though they offered us to eat the buffet they had for a function for 40/ person. Didn’t seem worth the money. But the accommodations and bathroom/shower were perfect! Just plan to eat before checking in. (Though the pizza place up the road was open, and very good)"
