We more or less just needed a place to crash while visiting friends. The pictures do a great job of making it look a smidge bigger than it really is, but that was a non-issue for us.
Easy parking for 1 vehicle, maybe room for a second. Within a mile of some breakfast by walking, mostly via pedestrian paths (if you count the golf course). Clean. Cozy. No dog/cat/cigarette smells at all. Quiet. We barely heard them walking upstairs at all.
Their dehumidifier does need emptying quite a bit. We did it 2x in 3 nights, but it helps keep the area comfortable and not musty, which considering it is kind of a finished pseudo-basement area, is a good thing (though the dehumidifier was a bit grody inside). Oh, and if the owners read this, they should check their toilet. It was occasionally refilling on its own, so it must have a slow leak!
