Welcome to the Casa In Contrada, a charming two-bedroom apartment located a stone\'s throw from the shores of the picturesque Lake Ceresio, in the heart of Bissone.



This charming residence, nestled in the village, offers an oasis of comfort and modernity, perfect for an unforgettable stay in the picturesque Swiss region.

Upon your arrival, the living room will welcome you in an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The dining table for 4 people provides a comfortable setting to enjoy meals prepared in the modern, adjacent corner kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer) to prepare meals like at home. ATTENTION: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!

A service toilet, which offers privacy for additional guests, completes this floor.

Going up the beautiful wooden staircase, Casa In Contrada has two welcoming bedrooms, both carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort for its guests. The master bedroom on the upper floor has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable twin sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), a wardrobe and a desk illuminated by a large window, perfect for those who need a bright work space. The main bathroom is complete with a toilet and shower.

Outside, you can enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality on the patio furnished with a dining table for four people, ideal for al fresco dining in fine weather, immersed in the tranquillity and beauty of the surrounding nature.

CASA IN CONTRADA is a true art house, in fact it is possible to purchase the paintings and works inside.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are free and paid public parking spaces in the surroundings.

The shores of Lake Ceresio are one of the main attractions of the area, inviting for relaxing walks along the shore, picnics by the water and a variety of water sports such as swimming, sailing, rowing and fishing.

For lovers of history and culture, Bissone boasts a rich and fascinating heritage. The historic core of the town is characterised by narrow cobbled alleyways, ancient churches and striking historical buildings, including the famous Church of San Michele, a Romanesque building dating back to the 12th century.

In the surroundings of Bissone there are hiking and cycling routes. One of the most popular excursions is the route to the charming medieval village of Morcote, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, and the Swissminiatur park, which is also suitable for children.

How to arrive:

By car: When you are on the A2/E35 motorway take the exit towards Melide/ Bissone/ Morcote/ Campione and take Strada 2 towards Contrada Paolo Veronese. From the motorway exit you will be in front of the apartment in 2 minutes.

By public transport: When you arrive at Chiasso station, take the train S10 in the direction of \"Biasca\" for about 22 minutes and get off at \"Melide\". At Melide station take bus 439 direction \"Campione, Casinò\" and get off after 2 min at \"Bissone, autostrada\", from there you will be in front of the apartment in 7 walking minutes.
