「Staff were kind. While the front desk didnt always understand things, the manager was incredibly helpful and kind. He offered us a free breakfast after we arrived super early and was kind to provide us with advice on things to do. The stay was great, food was fantastic, and overall it was a good experience. Well worth the stay.」

「I couldn’t thank the staff more at the swimming pool and how kind and friendly they were however the lady on reception was rude and not helpful! On our first day we wasn’t told about having free breakfast the whole duration we was there! Our shower wasn’t working and was told it wasn’t fixable. On the website ir says that there is a gym, tennis courts and a spa. This is false , there is no gym no spa and no tennis courts which is false advertisement.」

「Bissau doesn't have a large selection of hotels, but it was okay for a short stay. However, I won't book it next time. The driver was supposed to pick me up upon arrival, but no one from the hotel showed up. Good Wi-Fi from Starlink. Only one channel on TV.」
