- We take a small security deposit of £100. This is returned 7 working days after checkout if all the house rules are followed and there no major damages.
- In the event of keys being lost or misplaced, a £50 fee will be charged to replace the keys. If the parking permit is lost or damaged, a charge of £25 will be incurred to you.
