Beautiful hotel with picturesque outdoor baths and variety of indoor baths and sauna. Huge buffet for breakfast and dinner with variety of Asian food and some western choices.

Not great for couples / friends travelling unless you have young kids.
Basically a mini resort hotel filled with families and young children.
Onsen was decent and the outdoor pool is nice. Property is in the middle of nowhere, about a 40min drive to the nearest town.
You do get a breakfast and dinner buffet included and while the food is fairly good its the same every day.

"We didn't actually want to stay at a hostel with a shared bathroom, but that's all that was available. But everything was so clean that it wasn't a problem after all. It was a pleasant surprise."
