Tried to call the hotel was put on hold for longer than 35 minutes, which I don’t think is acceptable and then at the end of the day the call was disconnected.
Could not get hot water when I went to take a bath shower in the evening ran it for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Still no hot water.
I think the hotel is overrated. It’s old needs to be updated.

Checked in early, accessed my room, left briefly, and returned to find it had been reassigned to another guest (who didn’t react too kindly). This is a serious security issues. Room was clean , so was the housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was good too @A35/ pax. There was a convenient store just beside the hotel open from 6 am -11 pm serving hot coffee, toasts and juices.in case you didn’t want a buffet.
