「When I came here the apartment is practically new, so some things were not quite ready, like the gym, but other than that me and my fiance had a great time here. Everything is walk away, grocery shopping, restaurants, and mall. Kitchen was great because we like to eat in. Overall, I would definitely come here again upon my next visit to Manila. 」

Unit was clean and nice to have extra pull out bed for one of the kids. Beds were comfortable. Could use better cooking pans pots etc. so minimal cooking at best is possible. 「It was a smooth check in/out. The lobby reception are the friendliest and all the security guards as super nice and welcoming. We felt really safe walking around and the place was very clean. Place needed just a bit of a floor upgrade but other than that we highly recommend the place and we might be back again. Thank you」

「Area is clean, available drinking water, complete kitchen stuff, instructions are printed and made simple. Although we did not use the washing machine, could be more beneficial for the future renter if it has s dryer too. Overall, nice, well maintained place and staff were nice.
