「Beds were hard, pillows lumpy and hard. Pool towels were thin and small. They kept falling off of chairs. Paper thin walls. We were awaken at 4:30 am by our neighbors carrying on a long conversation. I can tell you every word!」

「This was the best place that I have ever stayed! Hotel room was awesome with a large and deep bathtub. Restaurants were awesome. The pool was exceptional. The valet services for our vehicle were great! Our family had an amazing time here!」

「No microwave, no room service, didn't empty waste baskets, asked for help with room safe, never came, visited area attractions...temperature was 102..returned with half-full bottles of water and Diet Coke and was forced to dump them. Only real positive was a luggage handler named Ryan...very polite, efficient, and most helpful to my lady friend who is disabled and has difficulty walking.」
