「We had a great time, the manager of the bell hop was extremely rude at least that's who we think he was. We simply asked if we could use a cart to get our belongings from the car and he turned around and said "No!" I said "Okay so you dont get your own things?!" (Since we had never stayed at this location before) and he responded "Don't you think that's what they get paid for?!" I just kind of stood there in shock. Let me add my mom is disabled and we had just driven from Texas, we were tired...
