"The staff at the Double Tree makes you feel right at home all the while making you feel like your a VIP. They have everything you need in the hotel if you dont want to leave but are also in a primary location where there are many things to do and eat. They made my sons birthday weekend super special from the front desk check in to getting a shirley temple from the in house bar and grill. "

"Our king size room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I would add that the rug edges at baseboards needed vacuuming. It was quiet, even tho next to highway. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. We didn’t eat breakfast but I did grab 2 muffins for the road. It looked like a good variety of food available tho. Definitely would stay there again, if needed somewhere in that area. "

"Kind of a no-frills place but perfectly adequate for a night's sleep on the road. Staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. Parking was easy all around the building. Our room was a bit shopworn but clean, with a good little microwave and a small fridge that needed defrosting. Wifi was quite good and the beds were very comfortable. Location was next door to a great eatery. Suburban environment not far from I-390."

"We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect for our needs. Across the street from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Whole Foods and more! Very easy to get around Rochester. Plenty of parking as well. I appreciated the cleanliness and free coffee/tea and fruit/snacks. Rooms are modern and updated."

"Friendly, easy check-in. Nice that they keep fruit, yogurt, fresh cookies, etc. out in the lobby 24 hours. Very clean and quiet. Great value for the price. Strongly recommend Basha Mediterranean Restaurant short walk away for kabobs, pitas, salads, etc. Convenient to Whole Foods (across the street), Wegmans and Trader Joes (both about a mile away) for food.
